Silver Gate Real Estate strives to ensure that property listings and other information are accurate and up-to-date. However, all listings are provided on an "as-is" basis. Silver Gate Real Estate reserves the right to modify, suspend, or remove listings without notice.
Accuracy of Information: Clients must provide accurate and truthful information when registering, listing properties, or entering any contractual obligations. Confidentiality: Clients are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their accounts and passwords. Prohibited Actions: Clients must not use the Service for unlawful purposes, including but not limited to fraud, money laundering, and other illegal activities.
All fees for services are clearly stated prior to engaging in any transaction and are subject to VAT and other applicable taxes in the UAE. Payments must be made by the agreed-upon method and within the specified time frame. Late payments may result in additional charges or suspension of service.
Any refund policies applicable to services, including brokerage fees or consultancy fees, will be outlined in the individual contracts. Generally, services rendered are non-refundable.
Limitation of Liability: silver Gate Real Estate is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of your use of the Service, including but not limited to property values, market conditions, or loss of data.
